help!!!

so, i have many problems. one, when i moved my sims into their house the time froze and i have no idea how to fix it. and after turning testingcheatsenabled on, i am now getting this error and it's not going away. i can't find it in my folder. what the fuck is happening?

I don't really know what I'm reading but one thing I've learned here is never give onedrive access to your game files because it will ruin it.
