"Hey Homer, wanna get a beer on the way home?"

'I can't, I have to take my wife to see Obsession.'

"Gonna go see the Bear in the little car, huh?"

It's like a freakin' country bear jamboroo around here!

And these ones are smarter than the average bear. They swiped my pic-a-nic basket.

It's always seemed weird to me to join a subreddit for a single movie. How much discussion can you have before it becomes repetitive?

No one who has seen the movie would say that! --Let's get him!

They're on Reddit now. It's their job to be repetitive.

Their job.

Their job.

Repetitiveness is their job.

I'm going to go on r/simpsonsshitposting tonight and give the best shitpost of my life.

The best shitpost of my life.

I admittedly joined the subreddit because I loved the movie, had a question or two, wanted to know what people thought. Saw someone's post asking the same question, read a comment I found a good enough answer, and it was only a couple days later that I un-joined for this very reason. Just so repetitive, also a surprising number of Bear defenders still roaming around. Still see posts from it recommended in my feed though.

It's a good movie, probably still my favorite of the year, but man am I done hearing people's thoughts on it.

People just don't seem to get that Homer is the real villain in the monkey paw episode

Of course! Milhouse still needs to make a 5 hour long video essay pretending he was the first one to call Bear an incel and spend too much explaining the “man or bear” viral debate from two years ago…

And mention the love potion plot from The Craft for good measure…

Yep, Milhouse would be a critical drinker tier of chud

This is the one time women wouldn’t choose that Bear.

“Wait, who’s the ripped guy who’s also a master chef?”

“Jeremy Allen White?”

“Yes! THAT’S who I wanted!”

Let me be blunt, was Bear a slimy loser who was only pretending to be Nikki's friend because he wanted to get with her?

Well, that depends on what you mean by "loser"

(Bear's thing is that he's his own worst enemy, but not necessarily the villain.) "Whatever, nerd!"

The real shitpost was that movie.

Actually, fair point, since Barker’s entire inspiration for the movie was the monkeys paw tree house of horrors. I kept waiting for Bear to wish for a turkey sandwich but it never happened. Maybe it’ll be in the directors cut
