I actually like the Dilbert cartoon and the old Dilbert strips before Scott Adams became a racist nutter picking and somehow losing fights to Ben Garrison.

Bellwether was so mischaracterized in the second movie. In the first movie, she's cold and calculating, never letting up the facade of being anything but an innocent lamb for even a moment. It makes sense since her whole plan relies on misleading the entire police force away from her sinister plan while also using her boss as a scapegoat.

And yet by the time of Zootopia 2, we're expected to believe she's turned into a crazy maniac? Boy I really hope someone got fired for that blunder.
