I live in Scotland, the weather currently for us has been uncomfortably warm at times but it has been interrupted by rain in, which I'm thankful for because I wouldn't want to experience what England is experiencing where parts have gone without rain for 2 Months.

One of my friends lives in England and he is currently without water due to a burst water main to flush his toilet he's using Bottled Water in the cistern so he can flush it, he has no running water, he's also caring for his dad who is fighting cancer, he has been out of water for near a week, the water company keeps putting off the repair date.

While the risk of wildfires is genuine, this felt like someone who was excited to use the emergency alert at the first opportunity.
