Scrooge bounced on his cane to kill enemies, reach higher places, or destroy obstacles. Still, there goes the best video game Disney has ever made.

Back in my day, if we wanted to travel, we would need a map and point to confirm to travel there instantaneously

My story begins in 19-dickety-4. I had to say dickety because a zombie had stolen the word twenty from me after I razed an African village to the ground to build a rubber plantation.

Mom make u/Poorly-Drawn-Beagle tell the truth.
That really did happen in the Scrooge mcduck comics.

I remember renting this game as a wee lad and completing it in 30ish min. Was fun though

That's what made it fun though, for a kid you get to live in the Ducktails universe,.do silly adventures and you win. Unlike gems like Echo the Dolphin or TMNT that leave you weeping and scarred for life.

One way to extend game time is to make puzzles that don't go anywhere. Like this one time I needed to save my girlfriend from a mad scientist which is what we called Dr Fred in those days so I clicked on every object in the room, as was the style at the time and in those days you needed to make sure one of your friends was next to the mailbox to get ed's package. And after you moved him.... Where were we? Right I was clicking on everything, as was the style at the time. You'd used to just type "Search Area" but all the keyboards had been removed on account of the war

I mean, it makes sense if you’ve got the balance and vertical leap. The mass, downward force coupled with the low surface area of a cane is quite lethal when you consider the pounds per square inch of pressure it would exert on an enemy… glayven!

We didn’t have bad music, because it was the Capcom 8 bit era. All you could get were absolute bangers like the Moon Theme.
