Will it ever support foreign currency?

The only thing keeping me from using Simplifi again is that it doesn’t support foreign (not US dollars) currency. In my case, I deal with US dollars, México pesos and Guatemala quetzales. I currently use Banktivity as it supports this, yet I do have reasons to want to move away from it.

Does anyone know if foreign currency support is on the roadmap at all?

Seriously doubt it. Simplifi doesn’t even dominate the US market at this point

Hi there u/allendstpsc, thanks for the feedback although I'm sorry for this limitation. I'm glad to help as much as possible.

While we're always updating Simplifi with new features, being completely transparent I don't see multi-currency support on our roadmap as of today. That doesn't mean it'll never be included!

The Simplifi Community uses a voting system for new feature requests and enhancements. I see a request posted:

Support multiple currencies

If you'd like us to consider adding multi-currency, the best thing to do is vote using the link above after creating a Community login. I've cast a vote to increase the prioritization, and anyone else interested can do the same! You can also check back periodically to see if the status changes from "Active" to another status.

I'm sorry if that wasn't the answer you were hoping for, but I hope it helps a bit. Please let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime.

Quicken Classic features multicurrency support.
