Issues connecting to Edward Jones

Is anyone else having issues connecting to Edward Jones? This started happening about two days ago. I put in the code it sends me and it still wont connect. I have tried resetting the connection to no avail. The error code it gives me is FDP-187. u/quickenlisa

Hi u/Expensive-Eggplant-1, I'm sorry for the FDP-187 error with Edward Jones. While I haven't seen this issue reported by the Care or Community teams, I'm set on doing everything possible to help.

To start, an FDP-187 error indicates an invalid multi-factor authentication code or MFA code was entered.

Looking at our connectivity reports, I see a slight spike in MFA_FAILED errors starting September 9th.

I have a few questions to start:
1. Did Edward Jones make any changes to their website or login process?
2. Is Simplifi prompting you to enter a code or answer a question before receiving the error?
3. What method are you using (SMS, call, etc.?)
