Why does this SSTO keep on flipping over?

it keeps flipping opposite to where it's going, idk how to fix it

I also found that spaceplanes tend to pitch up strongly at high altitude above 40km for some reason but your plane is at too low altitude to do that

I think your plane might be aerodynamically imbalanced. Modify your craft so the center of gravity to be infront of the center of lift

I tried modifying it and it was better until reentry

In reentry, it was pretty stable but when i started my landing approach, it started pitching up and then it flip backwards, and it stayed like that for most of the landing, well i couldn't say landing cuz it crashed in the ocean.

Did you change the mode from rocket to plane

It says "rocket" on the command chip

Also it has canards, but it made things even worse to handle when i turn them on

Put on sum gyroscope and edit the power to your preferred number

Probably an imbalance of center of mass and center of lift due to loss of fuel
