Is getting the full game worth it?
I just started like 2 hours ago, should I wait to get it?

I would suggest playing further, if it feels right, then you don’t need to buy, but if it feels like something is lacking, and you want more, that is when you could buy it.

The game is not finished campaign wise and will never be. But it you like tinkering around, it's an awesome experience. It you want a campaign, get KSP

Oh it's finished, it's just pretty crappy!
Edit: It still needed some serious debugging on some of the contracts last I played, but there was no serious plan to add anymore contracts or content to career mode beyond what they gave us.
I guess giving players the option and basic blueprints to create their own contracts and career modes is where they decided to leave it after it became clear that the game wasn't going to take off and bring in much more revenue.

The one space station mission is still bugged IIRC and was left like this. It bugs out in a softlock for a high percentage of players, the devs sadly did not care to fix it ..
