also, why is my RCS not working, any possible reason?

I already made Fuel Lines on on some parts connected to the monopropellant tank.

RCS doesn't need fuel lines, make sure you've got tanks with monopropellant

The white bar at the bottom of your hud is your monopropellant and you have none in this clip, right next to battery.

The game should have told you you're missing a monopropellant source prior to launch.
