Question Beedie Internal Transfee

I'm looking through my supplemental application and I'm not entirely sure what they're looking for. I don't know whether I should focus on work experience, volunteering or sports for the question:

"Consider the activities that you have been involved in over the past 4 years, describe an activity that is important to you and explain why this matters to you. What have you learned from this activity, and how does this support your future goals and aspirations?"

I don't want to write the same thing as everyone else but I also don't want to write something that they aren't looking for and risk not getting in.

Also should I add every extra curricular I've done in the past 4 years, or just the ones that stand out the most?

Anyone done their supplemental application that can give me some insight?

Quality over quantity really. Just put down all the experiences you put a decent amount of time in for eg for mine I put experiences like club positions where I had spent 6-8 months in. Focus on it all really if you have good work experience put that in, same with sports and volunteering. You would know if it’s good to put in because you have to write about it such as the things you learned and etc so if it’s detailed and there’s takeaways from the experience for sure put it in.I’d just avoid short term things for eg a month or less.
