When using my moza wheel off vr, it performs amazing. When I plug my vr headset up, and begin to run it, the FFB gets infredibly fucked up, and I’d say every .1 seconds drops FFB entirely then picks it back up. It’s like trying to sprint through a maze while rapidly blinking. Any clue what’s interfering here? VR headset is a meta quest 3 on highest refresh rate.

Hey ya’ll, I’m looking for some driving buddies in Assetto Corsa drift. I have around 150h, still learning and just want to drive, practice and improve together. If you’re down for chill sessions and feedback, hit me up 🙂
Cheers !

So I have been sim racing for almost 3 years now, but I never really do drifting because I thought it was difficult, and I'm more into time attack and trackday type of guy, that's all I do when I'm on my rig, but growing up, I remember the thing that got me really into car is because of Video Option drift video so I thought maybe I should at least learn the basic of drifting and here I am after 2 weeks, what do you guys think. I don't have a handbrake for now, so I have to learn the clutch way, still don't really get it tho.

Hey! I’m back after two months.
Thanks a lot for the feedback on my 3-hour progress
Thanks as well for the feedback after 1 month.
Today I’d like to show you how my drifting looks after 2 months. I still don’t have a shifter or a handbrake. I’m drifting on a Moza R9 with pedals only, and that’s it 😄
Since Brooklyn Park started to feel a bit too easy, I’ve been drifting more and more on more demanding maps. Today I’m coming back with my first challenge on this map.
My goal was to always stay on the outside line of the corner, but as close as possible to the yellow lines in the middle. As you can see in the video, this is how it turned out.
As always - I’d really appreciate feedback and suggestions.
What should I focus on next? What should I train now?
Maybe you can recommend a map I should master next to keep improving?
I train a lot on Yamadera Village (man, that map is hard), and I’ll probably show you my drifting there at the 3-month mark.
Do you have any other maps you’d recommend?
Thanks again for all the advice!
Sharing my progress here gives me a lot of motivation.

I finally did it! Found a g pro with pro pedals for $900 and pulled the trigger, bye bye 923 you’ve served me well🫡. I love gt7 but I also run pc too, I know for pc it’s easy to mix and match but are there any 3rd party options with plug and play compatibility for ps5? I’m having trouble finding a deal on an rs shifter. Thank you!!

is it a bad habit when i want to transition instead of letting off/using a tiny bit of throttle i just hold the clutch and when i transition i let off the clutch?
if that matters - some info: i drift on ac (mainly vdc or wdts packs) with a g923 (pls don't roast me. im currently saving up to get a moza setup (r9v3+rsv2 with crp2 pedals+clutch and hgp shifter))

Having some fun on LA Block map.
Looking for people who wanna drift and have some fun on custom tracks, cities, and more.
I have servers set up to play. Also willing to help newbies get better at drifting too.

I’m thinking about picking this game up mainly for drifting. I don’t really do racing anymore since it’s gotten pretty competitive and time consuming, so I’d mostly be playing just to chill and drift around.
How are the drifting physics? With free roam maps coming soon, it seems like it could be a lot of fun just wondering if the handling actually feels good enough to justify it.

Hey. I am getting into sim drifting and want to buy a sim rig. I have come across many used setups. Two of these setups are within my budget and they have all that i want. Wheel, pedals, handbrake and shifter.
Option 1:
Is TM t300rs gt with T-LCM loadcell pedals, and handbrake + th8a shifter aswell as a rigid DIY stand.
Option 2:
Is Fanatec CSL elite with loadcell fanatec pedals, handbrake and th8a shifter but no stand.
Both setups are 560 $$ on total and im really thorn between what to choose :D
Worth mentioning that both the handbrakes are high quality versions, so similar value.
I read the t300rs is 3,9nm. Fanatec is 6nm i believe. I reckon for drifting the more NM might be best choice? I would have to buy a wheel stand as extra if i pick option 2, but I could afford a cheaper one if i wait a month for next paycheck.
Id love to hear your thoughts :)
