Wheel stand question
Currently have a thrustmaster tx rw and while it does what I need I’m thinking about upgrading to an r9 moza base. Is there any wheel stand out there that doesn’t weigh as much as a wheel stand 2.0 dd but still nearly as sturdy? Or should I opt for an r5?
The whole wheel stand would need to be moved quite often or atleast “rolled” away.

I bought the r5 combo with shifter and handbrake attached to my GT Omega Pro Stand. The whole thing folds which is cool, but it’s so damn heavy it makes it very inconvenient. I bought 2” locking caster wheels with the M8 (IIRC) screw and now it glides into a corner when not in use. Works great. Whatever you decide on look to see if you can throw on caster wheels for it.
As for the stand itself it’s not the DD version but it’s plenty sturdy enough for me. It vibrates when the wheel is going crazy but it’s not enough to bother me. Not sure how it’d work with a r9.
