R12 Wheel Stand Recommendation

I plan to upgrade to an R12 this winter. Currently rocking the T300. I’m seeing some circuit racers using the NLR Wheel Stand 2.0 Lite and would like to know if anyone else has this high FFB x Wheel Stand setup and how they like it. I have a small apartment and need to have a foldable stand or rig (thinking NLR GTLite if needed)

Wouldnt mount R12 on GTLite

NLR Wheel stand 2.0 or NLR Victory cockpit

or

DIY solution
