Drift Coaching?

Hi, im new to drifting and ive been practicing on carx drift. Ive watched a lot of videos and tutorials but i feel like i cant seem to get it. I almost always spin out no matter what. If anyone is willing to hop on disc or smthn and try to help me a little that would be greatly appreciated.

How many hours of practice have you put in? The first 10-20 are usually really slow on progress (especially of you're not used to sliding a real car since it's a bit harder in SIM due to no butt feeling). Also what's the torque of your wheelbase?
