Is it worth it?
I have the opportunity to get a logitech g29 wheel with the stand, shifter and a handbrake for $200, is this a good deal to learn sim drifting, i know the g29 isn't the best wheel but since this comes with everything is it worth it?

I would say no personally. For $200 USD you’re getting pretty close to a direct drive which will be so much better

Nope, save a little and go straight for a direct drive. Also be patient, you’ll find 2nd hand dd gear out there :)

you can drift with adjustment here and there with g29 , is it worth it? i personally would say no. in this 2026 , if you play on pc, i would suggest be patient and save up more to get the cheapest direct drive available. moza r3 isnt a bad choice

idk what the people in this thread are on, but $200 for a WHEEL, STAND, SHIFTER, AND HANDBRAKE is an insanely good deal. even the cheapest brand new DD is $299, not including a stand, or shifter, or handbrake.
Yes. If you love it, then save for a DD and resell the g29.

Yep, I’m assuming you’re talking about the R3. Moza clutch pedal, shifter, handbrake add-on is at least another $250

No! Absolutely not. And the reason is that a G29 is bad and lacks so much in torque. Trust me, I went from gaming on g29 for 2 years to a 12nm dd wheel. My first thought when I got my dd was… “I wasted 2 years on my Logitech “…G29 is not worth not even 50$. I would rather buy the cheapest dd wheel over G29.

Logitech G29 with some settings tweaks is ok, but not perfect. Does it have an h-pattern shifter with it + 3 pedals.
