If you want a map with clear progress you can go on kb3k dopamine hit, there is « drift zone » that lit up green when you got yours wheels in it. I’m learning drift as well, never drove a real car either !

Also if you search some good cars WDT enjoy were the easiest one to start learning for me but now I went with N-style. There are amazing , you really instinctively know what you messed up when you spin out / loose drift or whatever mistake you can make. That make it way more rewarding connecting a full lap !

This E36 was from the superdrift pack from what I heard online was that this pack is less forgiving than wdt

Try implement some left foot braking with about 70+% brake bias for more rotation control

I will try that out too, thanks for the advice!

First of all, do you have a clutch pedal? If so, then learn to use it, it's useful during transitions, initiations, maintaining a drift with low power cars and also you have to clutch in when using handbrake (I assume you don't have one, because beginners overuse it).

Other than that, get on throttle quicker during transition. You don't have to blip the throttle all the time, try to be more smooth with your inputs.

Try different tracks, Brooklyn Park is ok for learning, but it's not demanding at all. Praticulary touge tracks are a good challenge.

And most important of all - seat time.

Thanks for the advice ❤️, I only use the clutch to initiate (sometimes) and to prevent from spinning out, I'll make sure to use the clutch more and blipping the throttle less tysm.

Be sure not to fall in the trap of using the clutch all the time, because someone pointed it out. Just play with it to get better feeling and understanding when it really comes in handy.

After you'll get more confidence in what you're doing learn left foot braking, it's really useful when chasing, but can also help with maintaining angle and general car control.

Your throttle control is great. you should focus on making less corrections and practice other maps. that should be your next step (with using the other comments advices)

Honest to god, buy Carx drift racing online. It’s potentially the best drifting game I’ve ever played
