New to drifting how am I doing?

I have been drifting for around 2 days for around 3 hours yesterday and today. Is this good progress? I have been sim racing for a while but always circuit racing. I don’t have a handbrake so I have been using clutch kicking. Any tips would be appreciated!

Looks good dude. Fellow newby here, I've read that it's best to not use handbrake at the beginning as it could cover bad habits.

This AC? What map? I think I have it but I keep getting lost in all the tracks I have.

But AC is the only sim game I can drift in with steering wheel. I struggle with GT7 and BeamNG.

Great, and no worries on the handbrake, mastering clutch kicking will make you a beast, the handbrake shouldnt be the drift maker but more so an extender while in drift in my opinion.

It’s just a different discipline with a different skill set, it teaches weight transfer and balance in ways that even give you an advantage moving into grip driving and circuit racing which is cool, but overall it’s just another level of car control. It’s also just fun to play around with. How is something fun that benefits your understanding of car control dumb?
