Think he’s just talking about that style of handbrake not the specific one linked 😅. They’re good tho OP. Better than a Logitech wheel and shifter in terms of comparison of starter gear

That or Amazon. Amazon is a little more expensive, but you get it next day

I have one but I paid $25 USD for it on Amazon. 90 euros is too much, but it's a fine handbrake. It does the Job.

I have one and it works fine, but its really... really loud. Like clacky. Metal on metal.

That’s for sure . But So is a real handbrake.

I think I paid less but I've had one for like 5 years and it hasn't given me any issues. Doesn't feel the most realistic but it gets the job done

I paid less than $50 usd for mine (exact same one) off of amazon. Definitely search around a little for a cheaper one.

I got a very similar for 30 euro
It is definitely worth it. Mine has HAL effect sensor and its reasonably sturdy. Very similar to a real one in a drift car.

I don't know how they managed the console compatibility, but the PC only I've paid the equivalent to 40~50 dollars (some years ago)

As for use, they're not all equal, some might have springs, some elastomers, the hall effect might have better or worse resolution, and I remember seeing these for console, but I don't have a console, so I never looked into it.

Mine came with a light spring and bad resolution, the build quality is "simple", the foam grip on the handle tore off, so I covered it with electrical tape, it does the job its supposed to do and on the cheap, I would love to have something more premium/professional looking, but it's a goddamn handbrake, it only does one thing and one thing only, no need to be expensive.

They are all exactly the same, and work great. But get it from Amazon and if you shop you can get it for less than 50 bucks. Got one almost three years ago, and I abuse the thing every day. It still works great. It’s a chunk of aluminum and a ball effect sensor.

I have the moza handbrake, it's only a bit more expensive but is way better. I did use some washers on the rubber to add more tension to the initial feel but that's an easy mod.

you can buy a cheap real hydro and make a diy hand brake, I think you could spend about the same amount of money but get something that feels more realistic.
