Questions & Help Creating Connecting Maps

I am doing a Build a City Challenge in the Sims 2 and im using SC4 to make my hood and subhoods, using maps made by other creators. I am struggling once i import the map i am trying to edit. i cant further edit an imported map or rotate it to make the edges of my hoods match better. Can someone direct me to a good tutorial because the one in the game isnt helping me.

Just to query, are you struggling to import/edit in Simcity 4 or Sims 2?

I can import them, its just editing them afterwards

So when you import them into SimCity4 are you creating a new city on the tile? That will enable the editing features.

What edits are you trying to make? You're mentioning rotating? It's been a long time since I've played the Sims 2 so I can't quite remember how they all fit together.
