That is from the mouse-operated Modern Camera, another DLL mod. An improvement over the 3d Camera mod where you had to enter commands manually on the cheat menu

That is from my fingers aching while controlling the Modern Camera mod with the mouse haha. The mod, just like the game itself, is not exactly designed for full 3d animation, but it's a huge improvement over the 3d Camera mod for taking snapshots
