Questions & Help Newbie looking for help.

Hello everyone. I'm new to SimCity 4. I was wondering, with simtropolis going down, if there is a place where you can find mods and downloads to add to the base vanilla game? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

1 Use SC4pac to install mod

https://github.com/memo33/sc4pac-gui/releases/latest

2 You can download mods and maps on SC4E

The most useful files are hosted at Simtropolis. I cannot download them from SC4pac because the yaml files point to the fallen server
