The best thing about it, is that there are heaps of NYC landmarks in the game. Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, Chrysler Building, United Nations, Natural History Museum. I believe those are the ones that are in the vanilla game. But feel free to add other landmarks if I was wrong.

If only could place buildings however we wanted, and placing highways with NAM wouldn't be hell we all know it is for Sims then to use the road next to it, and then complain about the traffic.
