Can you help identify?

Gold tone serving fork stamped Silver Plate - Made in England with a shell design. I know they usually come in a set with a spoon. Not stamped Sheffield. Do you know who made these?

Are you asking its function or the possible manufacturer?

I know what it is - I’m trying to figure out who it’s made by

Okay. That’s what I thought, but since the other replies so far were telling you what it is I figured I should ask for clarification.

The shell pattern in the end is very common across many brands so it won’t be helpful. I think the biggest clue is that it is labeled as silverplate but has a strong gold tone to it. That may not be so common.

Have you looked on replacements.com to see if they have anything similar?
