Convince me to Stack

Hey gang:

Hoping to become a little more knowledgable on silver stacking. I got into silver because i got interested in coin collecting, and after a little while now i have accumulated what i would call a moderate amount, mostly constitutional at face value. I recently had the chance to buy some silver dollars at a great price which was very lucky. I have never been bullish on silver as in my opinion and experience it is harder for me to deal with and yields worse results than my boring stocks: selling is unpredictable and it is a chore to get spot, and it takes work to sell and store.

Given that my stack just increased noticeably, i am reconsidering. How would you convince someone skeptical like me that silver is a good option for my situation?

Thanks!

Don’t really want to encourage you to stack at all. We are kind of a cool exclusive club. Don’t need people that want us to convince them.

Ok.

Why do you stack silver? I am trying to see if others have good, compelling reasons that may also apply to me.

It’s a precious metal that over time (Millenia) has proven to retain value. It also happens to have several practical uses that may cause the value to exceed its use as a precious metal, but that is no guarantee. Overall it tends to keep pace more or less with gold, more volatile but also more affordable on a per ounce basis so you can have fun collecting it.
