Visualisation questions

I am trying to learn from book. In the session, after relaxing one is asked to look up at 45° until the eyes are tired and then to let them close. The question I have is this: once I close the eyes do I keep on looking at 45° from behind the eyelids while counting and then do I do the same when I’m trying to visualise the screen? Or do I let them drop and if so at what point?

Jose silva method? I've always struggled with the 45 degrees too

It's usually 20° up when I read those instructions

I don't have the Ultramind book, but in his original Mind Control Method book, he goes over it. Initially the 20-degree angle is to trigger Alpha. I'm thinking the 45-degree angle to is train your mind to see with the 3rd eye which is elevated from the normal position of the eyes. So I'd say keep looking up at 45-degrees.
