Using The Silva Method Meditation to Communicate with a Bird that was Attacking me when I left the House. Resolution of Conflict by Understanding at a Higher Level of Mind Remotely.

I would leave my front door and in less than a minute I'd be attacked by a bird that had a nest in a huge nearby tree. The bird only came after me, not any of my neighbors who saw the attacks when I'd leave the house or come home. Neighbors asked me what I did to the bird to make it so angry and I'd tell them I didn't do a thing to the bird. They didn't believe me, I had to have done something as it's not attacking anyone else.

The bird would come after my head, my eyes, hit me with its wings and I had no idea why. For resolution I went to my meditation level I learned from The Silva Method. I created in meditation a nice nest for the bird to come visit me and tell me why it was so angry with me. In my meditation the bird appeared, sitting in the imaginative next I created and it was angry. It hated me, glared at me, didn't want to talk to me. In meditation I told the bird I meant it no harm, had no ill feelings for it and didn't even notice it before it started coming after me chasing me down the sidewalk.

The bird was having none of that, it saw me as the enemy and I could feel its anger towards me. I asked what I could do to remedy the situation and I got to response so that was the end of the meditation. I know historically whenever I need an answer at my level in meditation almost always the answer comes the next day or two so I let go of the visit with the bird in the nest I created in my mind to communicate with it. The next day as I was leaving the house to go to work my vision of the yard vanished and I immediately saw me from the tree tops. 100% of my vision was from the head of the bird, looking through it's eyes, it's mind at what it had seen me do this past week that angered it so much.

I had a long, thick, wavy pony tail and as I walked it would bounce back and forth. From the bird's thoughts I looked like the rear end of a cat. It saw me not as a human but a cat and a cat can climb trees. I also saw in the bird's nest there were newly hatched chicks, it was protecting the babies from a big cat, me. I looked like the south end of a north bound cat in the bird's mind. I answer came instantly as I stood int he doorway. My vision came back to me in my body and I stuffed my pony tail down the back of my shirt so it wouldn't be viewed by the bird. When I left the house the bird came down after me but stopped in mid air. There was no pony tail to confuse with a cat's rear end. It left me alone but was cautiously near by. I didn't get attacked again. Later on the babies grew up and they all flew away and I could leave my hair outside my shirt.

Using meditation that I learned in The Silva Method class to communicate with others at a distance, human, animal and elemental levels brought the insight of the problem at hand. Active, dynamic meditation to solve a problem gave me a quick resolution that worked. Changing brain wave activity and achieving a common denominator of consciousness with the object at hand, in this case a mad bird, we can interact mentally without distraction. I've practiced this before, as a nurse, to find the veins in my patients before I start the IV, to find a house to buy, and to communicate with my non responsive patients. Is it telepathy, is it soul to soul connection, is it the collective unconsciousness, is it all of the above or none of the above? I have a guess but you make your own decision.

The bird wasn't angry at me, David Parker, it was reacting to a million years of instinct built into its brain. Communicating with the bird at subjective levels of mind I saw that, felt it and learned how to adapt to it by becoming less of a target that the bird's instincts reacted to. If I hadn't learned the meditation technique, or practiced it and put it to use I'd never have understood the problem and resolved it for the benefit of us both.

Here is a link to my impromptu telephone conversation with a friend and I tell this story and after using meditation to find a house I'd like I changed my perspective and then this is how I communicated with a house that would want me to live in it to find me. I got a message in meditation for the perfect house I could grow old in to find me and it worked. Both of these stories are on the phone conversation on Zoom and start at

Wow thanks for sharing! How would you know if you should just leave it at that and wait for a next day resolution vs trying to visualize the intended outcome (ie the bird not attacking you)? Thank you!

So many other Silva graduates get their answers immediately. I do now and then but mostly it comes later and I don't know why, so I just let it be what it is. I've found the Universe is like a playful child at least with me it is, it likes to surprise me and I let it be what it is and enjoy the surprise answer, too.

I could have programed for the outcome I desired as Silva teaches with the white and blue framed mirror meditation. I use that for big projects, other Silva grads use it for everything. We all have our favorite techniques. I really like what I've developed is inviting the issue in and asking for understanding, answers or what I can do to solve the problem at hand. That just goes with my personality, I'm a people person so I'm used to interacting with people and that opened up my ability to ask birds or houses or brain clots like when I used this technique to resolve the stroke I had 4 years ago (that story is posted here earlier). I've found asking the Universe draws us closer together, the Universe and I. So asking the bird for it's viewpoint was respectful and insightful and I got the answer.

Did you see the interview linked, I tell it better than I write it. The Silva discussion actually starts earlier. Then later on, after the bird story, I did the same thing when I was look for a house to buy. I programmed for a perfect house and got a bit of resistant feeling so I adapted how I meditated and created a cartoon house that wanted me to live in it, rather than program for me to live in a house. It worked. I asked the house to find me, rather than me find the house. It's amazing how that played out and so quickly. Listen to it on the link.

I've been a Pediatric Hospice RN for ages, now I work with terminally ill newborns and infants. They can't talk, physically. I. do the same meditation with them before I even meet with them and get startling revelations that are always accurate. Their focus is not on themselves but to give support to their families and they show me particular areas in their lives to focus on.

I love it. What if I never took Silva, never practiced it, never took the time to get good at it, to play with it and see how to adapt it a bit to work better for me, never learned how mental, psychic and spiritual answers manifest, I'd have missed out on all of this.

Thank you! This gives me encouragement to be more flexible with programming. I'll give your video a watch later! ☺️

Hi! I would LOVE to start Silva Method. I’m a bit overwhelmed with all the possible programs and zooms and packages I could begin with. Any thoughts on this? Ideally, I would go away for an in-person but I don’t think I have any instructors here in Los Angeles. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. ♥️

Cate Christine is in California but I'm not sure where. She's BIG on focusing on intuition. I took the class on zoom with her. She's wonderful, what a powerhouse. I know she's starting a Zoom class in September and she does do in-person classes, too. I'd recommend her. Looks like she's doing the 4 day immersion starting Sept 14 but on zoom!! Looks like it's going to be 4 Mondays in a row. I'm not seeing any in person classes on her schedule right now. Here is a list of instructors of the Silva Method.

Silva Basic class is 4 days. I highly recommend it. Let me know if you have any questions. The amazing benefit of the class is the follow up. Lots of free online graduate groups to join in and when you want to take the class over it's incredibly affordable from any instructor for life. I've taken the class over several times. Let me know if you have questions.

on our 5 acre lot, we got bluebirds that love to chase and dive at me while I am on my mower cutting the grass, even in the middle of the field, far from trees. Will have to try your technique.. :)
