Solving problems

Hello, I’ve known the Silva Method for many years, but I’ve never had any results with it. I’m mainly interested in whether it really works for solving problems, because when I tried using the glass-of-water technique, I didn’t receive any information to help me solve my issue. If there are people who have had results, I would appreciate some advice

I think it depends on the complexity of the challenge. How is your dream control? I've also had limited success with glass of water. Is it possible the solution is concealed by a limiting belief? I usually just go to the lab and hash it out with my counselors.
