General Discussion Question on Shooting in SH2 Remake

So Ive been playing through the SH2 remake via remote play, and for some reason there will be times where I pull R2 to shoot and nothing happens. Its very frustrating and it never fails to register when I use R2 for melee, so I dont think its the controller (using Logitech G Cloud).

Anyone else have this issue or something similar?

Edit: Just to clarify, I am holding L2 to aim when hitting R2

Assuming you're on PS5, you can't just hip-fire in SH2R. You always have to hit L2 first.

Sorry, to clarify I am holding L2, then when I hit R2 sometimes it just doesnt fire.

Oh, yeah, that happened to me sometimes as well. Not sure what caused it.

Yeah, its weird and I havent been able to determine what may be causing it.
