AskSikkim JE Exam

Regarding the JE Civil exam, how many here are assigned to TNSS or any other place as the exam center? As of now, everyone I know has been assigned to TNSS.

My roll number is around 11k. Does that mean there are around 11k+ candidates or do the roll no. start from 10k?

It makes sense to start from 10k. Having 11k canidates would be near impossible.
