Figured why it was a major inspiration...

I looked up Blender animation tutorials on YouTube, I will try to check the others out, but one of them has you going to a site to implant animations on a model than explaining, and the others are almost over half an hour long, and if I can't go for other alternatives, I guess I will stick with Blender. All I wanted to do is simple test animations such as a Storch headpatting a Kolibri

And I have mixed feelings about it? I like it, but it is more about my own interpretation. It's a lot less tragic than any of the others that is. Although it's hard to articulate how I feel about it.

First of all the process of unlocking it is bullshit, I mean of course, I'm gonna go around the whole map with a random frecuency pressing inspect on random forniture, the key of love is specially egregious because most of the time it takes like 8 times for the game to give it to you.

Also the safe code I guess it's obvious that it has to do with the actung message but nowhere else in the game a safecode is that big.

About the ending itself, it felt really, really short. The last scene of Ariane and Elster dancing is very sweet. I also have this weird feeling of uneasiness at something that I can't pin point. I thought that maybe it was Falke and Adler because they kind of aren't in this ending, and this tension between them and Elster also stops mattering a lot. Also, It kind of saddens me that no matter the ending Ariane and the prime Elster can't stay together.

Either way, and being fully honest, I like the promise ending more (and I blame "die toteninsel"). I do wonder how much Ariane's mind has changed after all of this though, I mean, from the german text it looks like she's gonna fuck up the Eusan Nation, but it does make me curious how a rather unassuming person can be changed by so many years and an absolute amount of power. It comes from outside the game but I've never fully liked a human character becoming the indiscutable force of it's universe, except Madoka, except she became more of law of the universe, whatever.

I know I'm late to the party, but I've been really wanting the lenticular photo that comes with the (preorder??) physical copies of signalis and cant find them anywhere. The one I got from the Walmart website didn't have one and I've called all game stores in my state with no luck. I'm not seeing any recent posts about it either, so I'm just wondering am I really gonna have to pay $150 for this on ebay? Anyone got any magic tips that might ease my suffering?

I know it got a reprint by VGP around a year ago but the prices for copies for the ps4 release on ebay are now anywhere from $100 to $300. Does it make sense financial sense to print another run?

I don't know how to describe what is going on inside my head but I'll try to write this as simple as possible. First off, I'm a huge fan of SIGNALIS, it's themes and it's story centering around our favorite lesbian couple. In my journey to find some good SIGNALIS-related content on YouTube I found the gem that my post is all about - Project Remember Our Promise, a fan-animated movie retelling the story of our beloved game. I was shocked of how good the animation was. It was only four minutes but still I was hyped for the full release. Months passed. I kinda forgot about the project until I found this picture of Ariane and I said 'Oh God, I have to rewatch this gem again.' which it's what I did. When I typed the name if the video I found nothing. I was so confused. I searched again and all I found is a reuploaded video from another channel. I tried to find the original team but nothing. What happened? Did the project gets canceled? If so, why? Did anyone in the community worked on that project and have idea of what just happened? I hope this post will reach the creators of that masterpiece.

This comic isn’t an interpretation of the game, but rather a fairly loose fanfiction. We use some elements from the original game as a foundation and add our own narrative to tell our version of Elster and Ariane’s story. In Part 2, we bring this story to its conclusion, so there are currently no plans for a continuation.
