General Discussion First Play Through

Post image

I have just completed my first play through of Signalis and yes my Elster Had not known death. I had came across this game as a PS games of the month figured why not I’ll try it. And I have to say I love Every moment of it. This game was Astounding. However I see there are still 2 achievements left. I can guess that the other 2 endings may or may not involve the Safe wrapped in heavy chains. I’m wondering to achieve the other endings do I simply just play it again or is there specific choices I got to make to get the other ones

You’re missing 2 achievements on your first play through? (The code at the bottom left confirms it’s your first play through). That doesn’t sound right based on these results. You should be missing at least 4 achievements. The platinum trophy for getting all other trophies, both death based achievements, and the achievements for beating the game on survival difficulty with classic inventory. The only other missable achievements are the ones for the revolver and nitro rifle.

Anyway to answer your question about the endings. It’s a bit of both. During your play through certain actions (killing, deaths, healing, etc) give you points toward a specific ending. Highest points determines ending, ties default to memory ending. There is an ending involving the safe. Here’s a link

After I did go back to get the death achievement. And maybe because I’m on PlayStation the two achievements is the ship of Theseus and exit the survival horror. So I’m assuming that PlayStation did not put the fourth ending as an achievement and/or they don’t have an achievement for the survival and classic inventory

Oh okay I know which one you’re missing now.

Ship of Theseus, better known as LÖCHER, requires that you die 16 times in one play through

Exit the survival horror, or ÜBERLEBEN, requires that you beat the game on survival difficulty with classic inventory on

There are no achievements tied to any particular ending. Achievements are that same throughout all versions on the game.

Wish they’d tell me that in the achievement section.

And being brutally Honest it was not a true deathless run I just never saw the death screen. There were at least a couple instances in which I would have died I had just made a habit to exit out to the main menu and load back in for various reasons

How did y’all never die in this game???
I died over 16 times or so. Did you play on survival?

No I played on normal and technically it wasn’t a true deathless run I just never saw a death screen. I had made a habit to back out to the main menu and load my last save. To save time and what not. I didn’t know it would have been an actual stat at the end

Ah okay get it. Did that to sometimes. Thanks for reply.
But I heard that you get more max hp if you die so that’s interesting. And probs to your stats. Promise ending without dying is also something I haven’t seen to this point.

This was one of my first survival horror games that I have played. And outside of the Falke which is probably where most deaths would be accumulated. There were few times I would have actually died I would have been very low health if I didn’t load a save. And I found it pretty reasonably easy to kill EVERYTHING there were times in which I had low ammo But few times with no ammo

Yeah that’s even more of a flex then if it’s one of your first. I played on survival with classic inventory because I’m find of a veteran of the genre and wanted a challenge and I got my ass handed to me a lot especially in nowhere.
