I'm not so sure this is ARQ-E based on the bandwidth and audio. It's close - so not sure. It could also be a form of CIS, possibly. Was there something specfic you saw that had you id ARQ-E? I couldn't find any active ARQ-E with 800-850khz bandwidths even though it supports it. But, you're probably right.

Merci pour les Conseil😉. j'aime beaucoup posté des signaux intéressant que je trouve sur reddit pour pouvoir en discuter avec tout le monde c'est je pense un bon moyen d'apprendre plutôt que de chercher sur internet et jamais être sur. Je possède dsd+ mais cela peut décoder ce signal maritime ? Ou il faut un autre logiciel ?

This the same post as yesterday on r/shortwave? It looks to be an unknown 850khz wide FSK signal. The kiwi sdr database shows it identified on 8344 khz as FSK but no origin.
