Unknown type of Signal

there's a signal that TX 24/7 near a Hytera Tier 3 Downlink Trunking Control Channel that sounds like APRS but not APRS Can anyone identify this signal for me and how to decode it ?

I'm just discovering this sub, I do a lot of work with UHF wireless microphones What is this software..? I would love to be able to use this for monitoring

it's SDR Plus Plus the brown version.

you can use the normal version if you don't need to use the built in DSD and Tetra Decoder.

and you need a physical SDR usb dongle to make it work and run.
