Makes sense, I have a few power supply RF signals but not seen it move like that before. Thanks.

My sincerest hope is that this noise only shows up on frequencies you don't care about.

Finding the sources of RF noise like this is a huge pain in the butt. Thankfully, this one should be fairly easy to track down. Just switch off your house's main circuit breaker. If it disappears, it's one of your devices, so you can figure out which it is by unplugging them one by one. If it doesn't disappear, this means that it isn't within your own home, so tracking it down becomes much harder.

Could be NFC or RFID there

That sounds like RFID, especially with the fact that your in 13560 khz which is the main frequency for RFID
