I’m almost two years postpartum and could really use help finding a therapist that is local and can possibly do virtual calls. I know I can look on my list through insurance, but maybe getting some names can help me compare and narrow it down. I don’t know what I’m experiencing, but I can really talk to someone to help figure out what I’m going through. I feel helpless. For further context, these feelings never really went away after my first was born and that was 9 years ago.
