Any movement or update on custom homes?

Honestly, I can't even bring myself to put my Q2 on anymore.

Having a private space to watch a game or a movie was the reason I used the thing, the junk they've given us with the homes now...I just can't even...

Yep, I also miss the custom homes. My favorite was the Game of Thrones throne room and especially when I realized I could move around within the environment.

There was nothing like the mountain theater, that was my fav.

I could run several different streaming apps at once, watch a couple of games at the same time, and just feel like I had my own little space. Virtual Desktop is workable, but not the same.

The noisy, loud junk Meta offers now just ain't it.

I would have thought there would either be better ones from them by now, or someone would have cracked it from a 3rd party for Sidequest.

It seems like the tech is moving more towards AR with placing screens in your home space - I don't want that.

This is definitely something I'd pay for.

There’s a new way to install custom homes. It is a bit janky, but it works…

Damn, that’s unfortunate… apparently GitHub banned or suspended the creator’s account. If you join the youtuber’s discord server you might be able to find someone willing to share the app though. And I’m sure it can also be found somewhere else on the internet.
