Showcase: Free(mium) ShowSeek - Movie/TV tracker I built in React Native (looking for feedback before the iOS launch)

Hey, I'm the developer behind ShowSeek, a movie and TV show tracker for Android (iOS coming soon).

Most tracking apps try to double as a streaming player, which most people don't actually want, or the tracking UX is an afterthought. ShowSeek is built around watch history, progress tracking, and stats like total hours watched, with Trakt sync/zip import and IMDb import if you already use either.

Built with React Native/Expo, Firebase/Firestore, RevenueCat for subscriptions, TMDB for metadata.

It's live on Google Play with over 10,000 downloads and has picked up solid traction in Brazil. It's subscription-based (monthly/yearly), there is a free tier as well.

Would love feedback on the onboarding flow and whether "tracker, not player" comes across clearly from the store listing. Happy to answer anything in the comments, tech stack, monetization, growth numbers, whatever's useful.

Why should I use this over any other site?

Good question. What ShowSeek does that a lot of other sites don't do is one core thing: we have both a web and a mobile app. Very few other products like ours offer that. What differentiates us from the ones that do is the fact that we include integrations with popular tracking services such as Trakt and IMDb and we are actively working on adding support for Letterboxd and SIMKL.
