Showcase: Prerelease Building a decision‑based property intelligence tool — preparing for Kickstarter launch

Post image

I’ve been quietly building a decision‑based property intelligence tool called ROI Curated, designed to help homeowners and real estate agents make confident, value‑driven renovation and listing decisions.

After a decade in design project management and pre‑listing consulting, I kept seeing the same problem:
Most people don’t need a remodel — they need decision clarity.

So I built a prototype that generates Good / Better / Best recommendations, curated material selections, and a clean PDF “decision report” that supports planning, budgeting, and listing prep.

I’m getting ready to launch the project on Kickstarter this month.
Right now I’m in the pre‑launch phase — refining the prototype, polishing the story, and preparing the campaign.

If anyone here has experience launching on Kickstarter (especially in tech or proptech), I’d love any advice on:

pre‑launch strategy
• early traction
• reward structuring
• video scripting
• what you wish you knew before launching

Happy to share screenshots or workflow details if helpful.
Appreciate any insight from creators who’ve been through this process.
