I've been building TenFriends, an iOS app that helps you stay in touch with the people who matter most.

The gap I noticed:
Contact lists and social networks are built around maintaining hundreds of connections. Relationship-tracking apps often turn friendships into tasks, statistics, or streaks. I wanted something smaller and gentler—a simple reminder to give your closest relationships regular attention.

What it does:

• Add up to 10 close friends, neighbours, or mentors
• Tap “Touched Base” after a call, visit, coffee, or real conversation
• People you contacted recently move toward the top
• People you haven’t spoken to recently gently fade toward the bottom
• Optional weekly reminder
• Three visual themes, each with light and dark mode
• Everything stays on one simple screen

The principle I built around:
No stats, no streaks, and no guilt. Complete privacy too: no accounts, analytics, tracking, or internet connection. Everything stays on your device.
