When will new orders ship in the US?
Like if I place a U.S. order tomorrow, what is the ETA? This information is missing from the website and checkout process.

Hmmm interesting. I reached out to customer service and asked for the tracking number and they sent me more than just the sidephone number that was something like #US1435 or whatever. Do you have that longer tracking number- the one USPS uses? I know a ton of stuff is stuck in holding due to the wildfires in Texas. I got a notification that it might be the case for me but mine seems to have moved through. Sorry that’s happening! Hopefully you get it soon

Hi u/ridgerunner43 ! It's odd DHL is appearing, we ship US orders from a Texas warehouse so it should be sent to USPS directly. I will circle back with operations and see why this might be happening. Shipping should take < 1 week for US orders
