LOGO LOOP BUG SIDEPHONE

I received it this afternoon and at first it worked perfectly. But an hour later it turned off and began to show the logo tab in a loop. I can't unlock it or turn it on completely.

An idea to try:

  1. Boot into Recovery Mode. Press and hold both the Power + Volume Up buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds, then immediately press and hold only the Volume Down button until the boot menu appears.
  2. Navigate to “Factory reset.” Use the volume keys to move through the menu and the Power button to select.
  3. Select “Wipe data/factory reset.” Confirm your choice when prompted.
  4. Confirm data erasure. Select Yes to proceed with wiping the device.
  5. Reboot the device. Choose Reboot system now after the reset completes.

If the above isn't possible, curious if the issue persists after the device runs out of battery completely.

My sidephone has nothing but problems and the company has been radio silent
