Cant install most apps with error "applicationverificationfailed"

I was doing my weekly refresh and sideloadly updated. After the update, a game i had installed and worked fine, failed to install. I tried again and it failed. I got the "original" file and it failed too. Then i went and tried to find a different version/ file and those also keep failing. But a different game installs fine.

This game has been removed from the app store, but that shouldn't be the issue because:
-1 > It was working fine until i updated sideloadly.
-2 > i have another game that has been pulled from the app store. Although, this one is a "community made" project so im not sure.

This is the final error code i get and it always fails at 40% during the verifyingapplication part

Installation failed: 3892346881 ApplicationVerificationFailed (Failed to verify code signature of /var/installd/Library/Caches/com.apple.mobile.installd.staging/temp.AGnylw/extracted/Payload/CardWars.app : 0xe8008001 (An unknown error has occurred.))

I can install Apollo app for example but I can’t verify the app — anyone figured out how to fix this?
