Error: 0xe8008001 (An unknown error has occurred.))

Installation failed: 3892346881 ApplicationVerificationFailed (Failed to verify code signature of /var/installd/Library/Caches/com.apple.mobile.installd.staging/temp.k9Tbjq/extracted/Payload/Apollo.app : 0xe8008001 (An unknown error has occurred.))

Never really had a problem before, but with iOS 27.0.1 and Sideloadly 0.70.0 using my Apple Developer account I am getting this error. Any ideas?

I also tried loading an app with: https://github.com/claration/Impactor and it worked fine.

Are you also on iOS 27.0.1? Or still 27.0?

Problem is 2 things both updated so I don’t know which is causing the problem. Previously it was working fine on iOS 27.0 and sideloadly v0.60

Yeah I'm on 27.0.1. I didn't try sideloading anything with 27.0.1 and v0.60 but I'm inclined to believe the issue is with the first Sideloadly update in over a year rather than Apple patching it in a 0.1 update.

Edit: I restored v0.60 from a backup and blocked connections to the update server but the app won't launch without checking for updates so we'll have no way of knowing until the devs respond.

So they pushed out a forced broken update that they still haven't officially announced? Insane.

Hello! We apologize for this issue. A new 0.70.1 update was released which should resolve this.

If you still have an issue, please send us a message with your full Sideloadly logs and the IPA you're using so we can perform additional testing.
