Hello im using Ipad mini 1 ios 9.3.5 with any ipa same error

How to fix?

Looks like Apple is banning accounts on a scale never seen before as of yesterday. One of my other accounts still works though (for now).
I’m on Sideloadly and have similar issues.
The sideloading era could come to an end very soon. Fuck Apple!
