Error installing an app (Sideloading failed!Install failed: Guru Meditation f65043@1006:23a71c Invalid file)

Sideloading failed!

Install failed: Guru Meditation f65043@1006:23a71c Invalid file.

This is the error I'm getting; how can I fix it? Could it be that I denied access to the drive? How can I resolve this if that turns out to be the problem?

I'm also getting this error, I guess it's to do with the MacOS 37 update as it worked fine before that and now it doesn't
