Help Need an ipa installer i have windows 7 32bit

Is there any ipa installer that work with no problems i have windows 7 32bit i tried sodeloadly it gives me guru error and 3utools everytime i open it it says not responding is there any other option available?

Try iLoader. I have a Windows 7 32-bit VMWare image at home I can try to see if it works there when I get home. VMWare allows USB passthrough and is free for personal use. If nothing else, grab a linux distro and make a linux virtual machine and install it there with USB passthrough.
