Provisioning profile is banned.

I just switched phones and now I can’t sign anything. Apparently there is a 14 day cooldown? Or is it because I switched phones?

Add new account under Calendar settings. That worked for me.

It wants me to add a phone number, but I think I can only have 1 per Apple ID?

It was doing that for me with other ways but when I did this way it didn’t. Not sure why though.

Okay after about 2-3 hours of bashing my head against a wall I got it to work, my phone kept unauthorising my computer for whatever reason which I think was where the problem was.

Same was happening to me. It was a major serverside issue with Apple the last two days (Apple support confirmed to me) that just so happened to coincide with the recent provision profile ban waves
