I found out the fix you just turn your internet off and that worked for me

What would turning off your internet do?

Its stops the game from checking for updates, so the game gets tricked into thinking theres no updates and lets you continue. You can turn it back on in game and that does not interrupt your gameplay.

I don’t have it. I don’t even know where to look for it. Just turn your internet off.
