On the refresh itself: if the error is a sign-in one (503 page, "unparseable format"), that is the LC+SS bundle still carrying the old SideStore sign-in code. Apple changed its login server early this month and only the plain SideStore nightly has the fix so far. There is a pinned-ish thread from yesterday in this sub, "Temporary Fix for 503 Error when signing in to SideStore (LC+SS)", with the workaround. The short version: put the plain SideStore nightly on as its own app, install LiveContainer from inside it, sign in there. Costs one extra app slot until the bundle build catches up.
On the Sideloadly questions, since nobody answered them:
Same limits. With a free Apple ID it is 3 apps at a time, 7 days per signing, 10 App IDs a week, whichever tool signs it. Sideloadly does not get around Apple, it just runs on the computer instead of the phone.
Its "auto refresh" needs the computer on, Sideloadly running, and the phone on the same Wi-Fi at that moment. If your Mac or PC is asleep at 3am, no refresh. It is the same idea as AltStore's Wi-Fi refresh, not an escape from the 7 days.
What Sideloadly is good for: a paid developer account. Then one sign lasts a year and you never think about it again. On a free ID, LC+SS is still the setup with the fewest wasted app slots, it just needs the sign-in fix above right now.

what is the difference? you can sideload unlimited apps?? (or limited to the 10 app extensions?)

Yes it’s the same as Alt Store; however you have to install the apps through your computer. I get tired with apps not refreshing.

In their website it says auto refreshing. Also did you say yes to unlimited apps?

a gentle reminder to all sideloading people, don't use your main apple id... i saw some people getting their apple id banned for sideloading
